Who will attend The UK Device Developers' Conference 2015 ?

This event attracts senior development engineers and decision makers from a broad range of UK and European technology companies. All are involved in embedded systems development, whether it is hardware design, software development, software testing, enclosure design or product manufacturing.

Exhibition (Cambridge)

The 2014 Conference was attended by more than 250 senior developers of which more than 70 attended Conference workshops.

Many of the delegates attend to learn about new technologies, many to develop new skills and many attend to discuss their current and future technical challenges with the various industry experts that present and exhibit at the Conference. This event is also proving to be a productive networking event for vendor companies looking to increase sales in the UK and Europe.

Last year's delegate numbers were 28% up on the previous year and the Conference website has seen a similiar growth in traffic, with more than 7000 individual viewers accessing the website during 2014.

Four Dates and Four Locations Across The UK

A key feature of the UK Device Developers' Conference is that it is run at four locations across the UK, on four different dates. This approach greatly enables busy senior engineers to attend, making it easy to get to and not requiring an over night stay. This also provides many delegates with a choice of dates on which to attend, helping to avoid clashes with important work projects.

MISRA Workshop (Scotland)

Our provisional dates and locations for the 2015 Conferences are : May 19th (Reading), May 21st (Cambridge), June 2nd (Cheadle, Manchester) and June 4th (Uphall, Scotland)

The Conference is free for delegates, with a small charge for the 1/2 day technical workshops.

What Makes The UK Device Developers' Conference Special ?

Unlike the bigger exhibitions, this Conference is held in smaller, more relaxed and more intimate venues. We think this enables more dialogue and an overall better experience for delegates and exhibitors alike.

Cambridge Exhibition

Another strong feature of this event is its "focus on the technical".  We are careful to create an agenda of presentations and workshops that serious engineers will find productive and useful in their everyday work.

This event is also well promoted, with adverts in such magazines as Electronics Weekly and New Electronics. It is this effort on the marketing side that assures our sponsors and exhibitors that each event will be a good investment of their time, budget and energy.

The UK Device Developers' Conference is focused on 'Embedded Systems Development', so If you operate in the embedded systems market, this Conference will be an important opportunity to build your brand and create awareness of your solutions across the UK and Europe.

The Website - The UK Embedded Systems Portal

The UK Device Developers' Conference website is now an important portal for information about UK and European embedded systems news and vendors. It has an excellent search engine performance, has a high level of traffic and is well established within this marketplace.

In this respect, the Conference website is now a vlauable resource, providing exhibitors and sponsors of the event with important brand visibility and year-round good quality web traffic.

How You Can Contribute and Help Shape the 2015 Event ?

Our aim is always to work with industry vendors to help shape each Conference. If you think you may wish to exhibit, make a presentation or present a half-day technical workshop, then please get in touch. Or, if you have a prefered location or can suggest a 'core' theme, we will be happy to explore all ideas.

We appreciate that May 2015 is a long way off, but we have found that the more time we invest in shaping the event and promoting it, the more successful the outcome. In this respect we are happy to take provisional bookings with later confirmation, in order to address 'budget approval' issues.

Please feel free to share this information with friends and colleagues - we would welcome your help in spreading the word.
